ODC Treasure Hunt (November 16, 2008)

The campus is really big!!!
A 'treasure
hunt' was organized at Pune and Chennai. Girija R Menon, who
organized the hunt at Chennai says, "We made a conscious effort
to see that the maximum number of staff participated in this
event. Infact clues were also placed with some of our contract
staff to ensure a truly complete community effort. Organising
the hunt was as much fun as running it."
The event
raised more than Rs.3000 for SIFGSS.
ODC Tug of War
(November 14, 2008)

Great fun and amazing energy!!
It was truly
a display of strength, in more than one way. The tug-of-war
event organized by S.Tharini, saw Chennai staff forming teams of
10 members each, with a total of 14 teams. These were sponsored
teams with the proceeds going to SIFGSS. This event not only
demonstrated the physical strength of the teams in out pulling
the other but the strength of their commitment to India CSR and
the cause - SIFGSS - for which they were participating in this
event. Infact, on popular demand, the event was organised twice
on 14 November. Those who could not actually participate were
still there to cheer their favorite teams. Team Zurich won the
tournaments with the AXA team as the runner up.
The event
raised Rs 14000 or about 200 pounds for SIFGSS.
